Germany has no plans to increase economic sanctions on Russia
Reuters citing German Chancellor Angela Merkel from 11/11 says no plans to impose additional economic sanctions against Russia concerning the role of Moscow in Ukraine, but she was not satisfied about the truce is broken and Confederate conducted separate elections.

Merkel said: "We are not satisfied with the current status of the deal Minsk due largely to the terms of this agreement are not being enforced."
